There is always something more to learn in yoga. That is why it is called a yoga practice. It is about continuous progress over perfection.

Every class is different because every day your body and mind are in a different place. It’s learning how to accept yourself exactly as you are and meet yourself where you are at.

I have plenty of yoga videos for you to start on your yoga journey and deepen your practice. You can start learning pose by pose, and then when you feel comfortable and ready (this differs from person to person), you can try my longer yoga videos and flows.
